Commission-Only Sales Partner: Cybersecurity, Managed Security and Compliance
About GuardsArm
GuardsArm provides cybersecurity and compliance services to small and mid-sized businesses, healthcare organizations, municipalities, and other organizations with security or regulatory requirements. Our services include managed SIEM and SOC monitoring, XDR, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, security and privacy reviews, compliance readiness, vCISO advisory, and incident response support.
The role
We are seeking an experienced B2B sales partner to manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing engagements. You will build relationships with business owners, CISOs, CTOs, IT leaders, compliance managers, and other decision-makers.
You will prospect and qualify potential clients, lead initial discovery conversations, understand their business needs, coordinate technical scoping with GuardsArm’s security team, follow up on proposals, and close new business. You will also keep prospect and opportunity records current and support a smooth handoff to the delivery team after a deal closes.
Services you may represent
GuardsArm’s service portfolio includes managed SIEM, SOC monitoring and XDR; internal and external penetration testing; web and mobile application testing; cloud, network, wireless, and Active Directory security assessments; vulnerability assessments; phishing simulations; SOC 2 readiness; PCI DSS v4.0.1 advisory; TISAX-related security services; healthcare privacy and security assessments; vCISO services; ransomware readiness; incident response planning; and security remediation guidance.
The technical team will support solution selection, detailed scoping, proposals, and service delivery. You are not expected to perform technical security work or make unapproved commitments about scope, results, or compliance outcomes.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate has a record of selling B2B cybersecurity, managed IT, SaaS, compliance, or professional services. You should be confident with prospecting, consultative discovery, proposal follow-up, and closing, and be comfortable speaking with both technical and business decision-makers. An established business network is an advantage. You must be organized, self-directed, and able to work collaboratively with a technical delivery team.
Compensation
This is a commission-only independent sales partner opportunity with no base salary. Commission is 15% on closed deals and is paid on customer payments received. Commission arrangements for renewals and account expansions will be defined in the written partner agreement.
