Commission-Only Sales Representative
E8 Productions is a full-service video production, content strategy, and social media management company serving small and local businesses across South Florida and beyond. We're expanding our sales team and looking for driven, self-motivated sales professionals to help us bring on new clients. What you'll do:
Source and prospect new business leads (small/local businesses, B2B services, and beyond) Run outbound outreach via calls, email, and appointment setting Pitch E8's video production, content strategy, and social media management services Close deals and hand off onboarding to our production and account team
What makes this opportunity different: E8 isn't a freelance shop — we run a complete, tech-enabled content operation with our own proprietary management platform for content calendars, approvals, analytics, and reporting. You're selling a proven, scalable system backed by real results: our team has produced content generating 3B+ cumulative views across the brands we manage. Compensation: 15% commission on the monthly deal value, paid out each month for as long as the client remains active. Uncapped earning potential — the more you close, the more you earn. Training & support: New reps get a full onboarding package including a Product Training Guide, Sales Call Playbook, Objection Handling Guide, and Lead Research Playbook, plus a structured ramp period and ongoing support. Ideal candidate: Self-motivated, comfortable with outbound prospecting, and confident having consultative conversations with small business owners and decision-makers. Experience selling B2B services, marketing, media, or agency-style offerings is a plus. This is a self-sourced opportunity best suited for reps who are comfortable prospecting and building their own pipeline.
