Contract Sales Executive – Patent Licensing / JV Partnerships – Infection Prevention Tech
We hold U.S. Patent No. 9,724,443 for an innovative system that enhances hand hygiene using UV-reactive luminescent markers and real-time visual feedback. The system has been prototyped and supported by third-party scientific studies showing a 3X improvement in bacterial removal compared to standard washing methods.
This technology is ideal for:
Healthcare (clinical and surgical environments)
Food safety
Cleanroom and laboratory compliance
Field applications requiring validated hygiene
We’re open to:
Licensing deals with strategic acquirers (e.g., GOJO, SC Johnson, Ecolab, etc.)
Joint Ventures to commercialize and scale the product
Possible outright acquisition
🎯 Your Role As our contracted sales rep, you will:
Identify and connect with decision-makers in infection prevention, hygiene product manufacturing, or compliance tech
Pitch the Abluo system and patent as a licensing or acquisition opportunity
Build and manage a short list of qualified prospects
Set up and participate in meetings with our leadership team
Assist in negotiating early-stage terms and helping assess strategic fit
✅ Ideal Experience Background in healthcare sales, IP licensing, or strategic partnerships
Strong network in infection prevention, healthcare compliance, or medical device manufacturing
Ability to sell innovation and articulate technical value to corporate decision-makers
🔧 Details Contract-based with flexible hours
Compensation negotiable: Large success-based bonus of 10%. Patent value could be above $10 million for the right partner.
U.S.-based preferred, but open to international candidates with relevant experience
