The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated outreach professionals to help identify and connect with independent studios, creators, and production teams that may be interested in joining the Flux Streaming platform.

This is an outreach-focused role ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, relationship building, lead generation, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified animation studios, live-action studios, filmmakers, and creator-led productions
• Conduct outreach through email, social media, networking, and other professional channels
• Introduce qualified prospects to Flux Streaming
• Educate prospective partners about the platform
• Maintain records of outreach and referrals
• Assist with growing the Flux Streaming creator ecosystem
• Ideal Candidates
• Experience in sales, outreach, recruiting, business development, creator relations, or community growth
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with entertainment, content creation, film, animation, or streaming is a plus
