Fast Signs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing growth strategies
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with team members to reach business goals
  • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

  • Salary range: $75,000 - $225,000
  • Commission: 10% per sale
  • No hiring bonus

Sales Goals

  • The sales goal for the next 12 months is $1,000,000.

Sales Cycle

  • The average sales value range is between $100 and $100,000.
  • The average sell-in cycle time is between 1 and 30 days.
