Fast Signs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing sales.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing growth strategies
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborating with team members to reach business goals
- Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- Salary range: $75,000 - $225,000
- Commission: 10% per sale
- No hiring bonus
Sales Goals
- The sales goal for the next 12 months is $1,000,000.
Sales Cycle
- The average sales value range is between $100 and $100,000.
- The average sell-in cycle time is between 1 and 30 days.
