Lumi is hiring energetic, people-driven Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to help homeowners take the first step toward clean energy. You’ll be out in the field, knocking doors, starting conversations, and scheduling in-home appointments for our solar technicians.

Your job isn’t to sell panels—it’s to spark interest, explain how the program works, and set proper expectations for the appointment. You’ll be the first point of contact, helping families understand how solar can save them money and protect their home.

💰 Compensation:

• Average earnings: $3,000–$8,000/month • Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses • Paid weekly with fast growth potential
