DTC Pet Brand Lead Generator / Business Development Rep
Key Responsibilities
1.) Identify 50 U.S.-based Shopify pet-tech/supplement/eco product DTC brands daily. 2.) Locate, verify, and score Founder or CEO email and LinkedIn profile (≥95% deliverable). 3.) Add each into CRM/spreadsheet: brand name, sub‑niche, ARR Tier, contact info, product example. 4.) Present 5 example leads daily in shared form before committing full batch. 5.) Support outreach templates with 1–2 sentence personalization hooks per lead. 6.) Own tracking: open rate, bounce rate, qualified/leads → hand-off for closing.
Compensation & Incentives
You are paid per lead, plus 20% commission each month from agency revenue attributed to closings from your leads. Payable monthly when invoices close.
Required Skills & Experience
Must have:
1+ year generating B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clearbit, or equivalent (not just scraping) or built pipelines for agencies/tech services.
Direct experience finding niche DTC e‑commerce brands, especially Shopify-based, and verifying founder email deliverability via Hunter/Snov or equivalent.
Familiarity with email hygiene, lead scoring, DIY research tools like BuiltWith or SimilarTech.
Excellent written English; attention to detail: no spelling, no brand mis-tag.
Strong self-drive: timeline and data delivery is expected without chasing.
Nice-to-have:
Previous work in pet care brands, e‑commerce or supplements/tech.
Experience writing cold‑outreach hands‑off sequences (email or LinkedIn).
Modalities & Time Commitments
Remote, asynchronous: set a 3‑4 hour window (e.g. 9 a.m.‑12 p.m. your time) daily.
Trial month: sample bonus and commission only until you hit a quality threshold (>90% green email, acceptable Niches).
