Enterprise Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative focused on new client acquisition. In this role, you will identify and engage potential clients with shipping needs, presenting our logistics solutions to help them streamline their operations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries that require over-the-road shipping services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
- Present and sell our logistics services tailored to clients' needs, emphasizing our competitive advantages.
- Negotiate contracts and commission structures to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
- Track and report sales activities and pipeline management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (WE DO NOT MICRO-MANAGE).
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- US Citizen.
- Clear use of the English language.
- Multilingual a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with negotiable commission rates based on qualifications and experience. Your earning potential is limited to the volume of customers you can manage, and based on your ability to close deals and build client relationships.
