The Opportunity We are expanding our enterprise sales footprint and seeking experienced 1099 sales professionals with established relationships in: Fortune 1000 HR / Talent / Workforce Strategy leadership Government workforce and defense sectors Large-scale enterprise SaaS buyers This is a consultative, multi-stakeholder sale with executive-level engagement (CHRO, CIO, COO, VP Talent, Public Sector Directors). What You’ll Do Leverage your existing enterprise relationships to introduce Pod Open doors with executive decision-makers Position Pod as a strategic workforce intelligence solution Support discovery and solution alignment Collaborate with Pod’s leadership team on demos and closing strategy You are not expected to operate alone — you will work directly with the founder and product leadership during key sales stages. Ideal Candidate Proven experience closing $100K+ enterprise SaaS deals Strong network within HR, talent, workforce, or government sectors Comfortable navigating 3–9 month sales cycles Skilled in consultative, value-based selling Independent operator with entrepreneurial mindset Compensation 20% commission on first-year contract value. 10% on year 2. $2500 Hiring bonus paid upon first closed deal Six-figure earning potential with 2–3 enterprise deals annually Why This Is Different This is not a commodity product sale.
