The Opportunity

You’ll be on the front lines canvassing neighborhoods, inspecting roofs, educating homeowners on insurance claims, closing deals, and managing projects from start to finish. Canvass neighborhoods to generate leads Perform roof inspections, identify storm damage, and educate homeowners about insurance claims Present solutions and close roofing contracts Manage projects from contract signing to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction Communicate regularly with homeowners and coordinate with production teams Collect payments and build long-term relationships for referrals and future business What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills and confidence talking to homeowners Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive Willingness to follow proven systems and learn new skills Comfortable working outdoors and door-to-door Valid driver’s license and a pick-up truck is required or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire Sales experience is a plus but not required — we provide all the training you need!
