Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting our annual sales goal of $1,050,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our services to prospective clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Compensation: The candidate will receive a monthly retainer, along with a 15% commission per sale and a 2% lifetime residual, contingent on the salesman remaining employed with us and the client maintaining their business with us.

Average Sales Value: The average sales value ranges between $1,800 and $4,300.

Sell-In Cycle Time: The average sell-in cycle time is between 3 weeks to 3 months.

Hiring Bonus: Please note that there is no hiring bonus for this position.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, preferably in the business consultancy industry. They should be self-motivated, driven, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
