Job Summary We are seeking an Experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in selling AV Production Services. The ideal candidate is a driven, strategic thinker with a proven ability to build new customer relationships, craft compelling sales presentations, and respond to detailed RFPs.

Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in AV production Build and maintain strong client relationships Create and deliver customized sales presentations Respond to complex RFPs with detailed proposals Manage sales pipeline and reporting using Salesforce CRM Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution

Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in AV production or event services Proven track record of developing new business and closing deals Proficiency in Salesforce Strong presentation and proposal writing skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Work Environment Smoke-free, drug-free workplace Professional, team-oriented culture
