Experienced Sales Representative

Job Description:

Eye Open Media is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Our company specializes in Pools, Above Ground Pools, Pools with Decks, Swimming Pools, and Classic Pools. As a successful candidate, you will use your experience in sales to help us meet our sales goal of $250,000 for the next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build relationships, planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
• Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
• Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
• Coordinate efforts with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales; industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven

Compensation:

• This role comes with a monthly retainer of $5,000 for 160 hours per month
• Commission payout of 15% per sale
• Average sales value ranges from $299 to $10,000 with an average sell-in cycle time of 2 to 3 weeks
