We offer a range of products including Retractable Awnings, Patio Shades, Window Shades, Zipper Shades, and Bug Screens. Located in San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Orange County California, we are currently seeking to grow our team of Exterior Designers for our busy season!

Job Description:

This sales position is for an Exterior Designer - Shade Specialist who can help us meet a personal sales goal of $1,500,000 for the next 12 months. The job involves selling our various shade solutions to potential customers. This is a commission-based position with an excellent rate of 10% - 15% per sale.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable shade solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Close sales in a short cycle of 1 to 7 days.
• Meet or exceed the sales goal for the year.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and sell technical products.
• Ability to close sales in a short cycle.
• Commitment to meet the sales goal.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 position. The average value of our products ranges from $4,500 to $20,000, which means that the potential commission per sale can be substantial. A hiring bonus of $1,000 will be paid out after your first 30 days of selling.
