We are a fast-growing, founder-led company with a strong base of enterprise customers (including global leaders like L.L.Bean, Deichmann). Now, we're looking for our first GTM hire to help us hit the accelerator.

The Opportunity: Build the Engine, Not Just Run It

This isn't just another sales job. This is a rare chance to be the Founding Account Executive at a company with proven product-market fit at a critical inflection point.

You will be our first dedicated GTM hire, working directly alongside our CEO. Your mission will be to build our top-of-funnel sales engine from the ground up, generating the qualified pipeline that will fuel our growth. What You'll Do:

Be the Architect of our Top-of-Funnel: You will own the entire prospecting motion. This includes identifying and researching target accounts, finding the right contacts, and defining our outreach strategy. Craft and Execute Compelling Outreach: You'll create and manage multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls) that cut through the noise and generate interest from senior leaders at major brands. Qualify and Nurture Leads: You will conduct initial discovery calls to understand a prospect's challenges, educate them on our value proposition, and master the art of qualifying leads for the next stage. Generate and Manage Pipeline: Your primary goal will be to generate a consistent flow of Sales Qualified Opportunities. You will maintain meticulous records in our CRM and provide clear reporting on your pipeline. Collaborate to Win: You will work in a tight feedback loop with the CEO, smoothly transitioning qualified opportunities and providing insights to help close deals. Over time, you will take on more responsibility throughout the entire sales cycle. Become the Voice of the Market: You'll be our eyes and ears on the ground, bringing back invaluable insights that will shape our product, marketing, and overall company strategy. Who You Are:

Experienced Prospector: You have 1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, most likely as an SDR, BDR, or junior AE in a SaaS company. You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota. A Natural Communicator: You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. You can write a crisp, compelling email and you're comfortable and professional on the phone. (Bonus points for fluency in German, French, or other European languages). Unstoppable Grit: You hear "no" as "not yet." You have a relentless, positive attitude and a 'run through walls' mentality to hit your goals. You've faced adversity and powered through it. Deeply Coachable & Curious: You are hungry to learn.
