OVERVIEW

CSJ US LLC, a Texas productized service for DFW real-estate, is hiring one US-based 1099 commission closer. Two ticket tiers, brokerage is primary. Live demos at 817-406-6650. Approved scripts, Stripe payment links, curated DFW prospect list, HighLevel CRM.

TWO TIERS

Brokerage Founding 3 (PRIMARY): $9,500-$19,500 setup + $3,997/mo Core + $39/agent. First three DFW brokerages get protected territory.

Realtor Founding 5: $497/mo with setup waived. Voice receptionist + listing-launch media + missed-call rescue + workflows.

COMPENSATION (1099, weekly ACH after Stripe clears, no base, no draw)

Brokerage close: $1,500 + 15% MRR x 18 months + $500 per qualified booked broker meeting + $2,500 spiff at 3 closes in 60 days.

Realtor close: $400 + 15% MRR x 18 months + $100 per qualified booked meeting + $500 spiff at 5 closes/month.

HARD REQUIREMENTS

US Central 9am-7pm business hours, non-negotiable. Native-fluent English. Manual calls only - no autodialer, no AI voice cold outbound, no bulk SMS, no ringless voicemail, no press-1 (TCPA + Texas DNC strict). 25 outbound touches/day minimum from Day 1, logged in HighLevel CRM. If a prospect asks not to be contacted: mark DNC immediately.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Approved scripts, 633 deployed demo pages, live Stripe payment links, curated DFW prospect list, founder ride-along first 7 days, founder support for PE/RE technical or contract questions.
