OVERVIEW
CSJ US LLC is a Texas-based productized service for DFW real-estate agents and brokerages. We are hiring one US-based 1099 closer for a 7-day paid commission sprint starting Wednesday 5/13. This is not MLM, not a sales course, not crypto, not 'build my agency for equity.' It is a real productized service with live demo assets, approved scripts, Stripe payment links, and a curated DFW realtor prospect list.
THE OFFER
Founding 5: $497/mo with setup waived for first five customers; voice receptionist, listing-launch media, missed-call rescue, and follow-up workflows. Each retained Founding 5 customer represents $5,964 in first-year revenue. Seller Win Pack (fallback): $750 one-off for one listing; $750 credits if upgrade within 14 days. Brokerage Pilot: only for warm broker-owners; $2,500 setup + $1,500/mo; escalate to founder before pitching.
COMPENSATION (NO BASE, NO RETAINER)
$497 bounty per Founding 5 close. $250 bounty per Seller Win Pack close. $750 bounty per $2,500 Brokerage Pilot setup close. Plus 10 percent of MRR collected in months 2, 3, and 4. Paid weekly by ACH after Stripe funds clear. Performance-only comp. No base salary, no draw, no monthly retainer.
WHAT YOU GET
Closing kit with 90-second reframe script, 5 objection responses, approved and forbidden claims list. Live demo assets for named prospects. Live Stripe payment links. Curated DFW realtor prospect list with contact details. Founder support for technical or PE/RE questions. Brand and process guardrails so you cannot accidentally over-promise.
COMPLIANCE RULES (HARD)
Manual calls only. No cold AI voice outbound. No autodialers to cell phones. No SMS unless the prospect gave explicit prior consent. No bulk texting, scraped-list texting, ringless voicemail, prerecorded messages, or press-1 style calls. If a prospect asks not to be contacted, mark DNC immediately and stop. Honor TCPA and Texas Do Not Call rules at all times.
WHAT WE EXPECT
US time zone availability for live calls (CT preferred). We ask that the first 10 calls be recorded for coaching and quality review. Demo link only after a Zoom is booked. Escalate to founder for PE/RE technical questions, broker-of-record issues, contract red-lines, or any prospect asking for custom terms. Daily activity log into shared tracker.
