Founding B2B Sales Rep
Location: Remote (must be Central Florida-based — weekly in-person with the founder in Sanford / Daytona Beach) Type: Full-time Comp: 100% commission + 20% residual on maintenance (24 months). No base. Uncapped.
Null Labs builds AI automation systems for small and mid-sized businesses. Multi-bot teams that handle sales follow-up, ops coordination, executive assistance, and reporting — work that used to require 3-5 employees, now running 24/7 on infrastructure we built from scratch on Anthropic's Claude.
We're founder-led, shipping live bots into restaurants, gyms, real estate brokerages, and service businesses across Central Florida. Our deployments are real. Our case studies are real. Now we need a hunter to scale the pipeline.
This is the product every small business will eventually use — they just don't know it yet. Whoever educates the market wins it. We're looking for the rep who wants to be in early.
The Role
You are the first sales hire. You generate your own pipeline — start to finish.
This is not a role where warm leads land in your inbox. At the start, you will be cold calling, cold emailing, hitting local networking events, working LinkedIn, asking for referrals, and walking into businesses with our case studies. You build the book. You own outbound from cold to close.
Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and walk-ins Demo the product over Zoom or in person depending on the deal Run follow-up cadences (email, SMS, LinkedIn, phone) on every prospect Close deals and onboard clients into our build pipeline Log every conversation in our CRM Compensation
This is a commission-only role with residual upside. We pay sales people to win, not to babysit a desk.
*** Setup commission**: 15% of every setup fee you close, paid Net-15 after client pays *** Residual:** 20% of monthly maintenance for 24 months from deal close, paid every month the client stays activeUncapped. No quota ceiling. No territory limits within Central Florida.
Residuals stack. Every client you close pays you for two years. Close 30 deals in your first 6 months and you are collecting ~$3,600/month in residual income on top of new commissions.
This is a build-your-book opportunity for someone who wants real upside, not a salary. If you need a paycheck on day one, this is not the role.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate already has a book of business in local B2B. If you currently sell to small businesses — payment processing, marketing services, signage, payroll, insurance, SaaS, ad agencies, business loans, telecom — you can plug Null Labs into your existing relationships and start closing in week one. Reps with an existing SMB rolodex will thrive here immediately.
Beyond that:
1-3+ years B2B sales experience — SMB sales strongly preferred You can cold call without flinching. You can also walk into a business and ask for the owner without sweating. You actually close. Not "build relationships." Close. You are organized. You log conversations. You follow up on time. You are Central Florida-based (Orlando, Sanford, Daytona, Lakeland radius — you can drive to Sanford or Daytona weekly) Bonus: existing book of business in local B2B is a major advantage and a fast path to a six-figure year
