Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-ticket sales, with solid communication and organizational skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our aviation services.

Compensation: The chosen candidate will receive a starting monthly retainer of $2,000 for 80 hours of work per month. In addition, a flat rate commission of $500 will be rewarded for each sale made.

Responsibilities:

1. Call new leads within 24 hours.
2. Schedule Facility Tours.
3. Follow Up with Hot Leads and Guide Them Through the Process
4. Stay up-to-date with service offering and details of flight training

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
