Head of Go-to-Market (GTM) – AI Infrastructure & Data Compression

Compensation: Commission-Based (High OTE) | 3-5% per contract

We aren't just saving companies money; we are enabling them to scale AI models that were previously impossible to deploy.
We are looking for a heavy-hitting GTM Leader to take the reins of our acquisition pipeline. You won’t just be "managing" a territory—you will be architecting and closing the deals that define our market presence.
The Role
This is a full-cycle, leadership-level sales role. You will own the pipeline from initial high-level outreach through technical validation and final closing.
Lead & Manage: Take over an existing acquisition pipeline and build your own.
Navigate Complexity: Engage with CTOs, VPs of Infrastructure, and AI Architects at Fortune 500s and Tier-1 Tech firms.
Close 7-Figure Deals: Manage long, complex sales cycles for deep tech infrastructure contracts.
Strategize: Refine our messaging to ensure we aren't just a "tool," but a mission-critical component of their AI stack.
The Payoff
This is a performance-driven, commission-only role designed for an entrepreneurially-minded closer who wants a seat at the table without the ceiling of a corporate salary.
Uncapped Upside: Earn 3-5% on every contract closed.
Massive Deal Size: With contracts ranging from $1M to $10M+, a single win nets you a mid-to-high six-figure payout.
Deep Tech Advantage: Sell a product with a genuine technical moat in the hottest sector on the planet.
Who You Are
The Closer: You have a proven track record of closing $1M+ contracts in the enterprise SaaS or infrastructure space.
Tech-Fluent: You understand (or can quickly master) the nuances of AI infrastructure, data pipelines, and cloud egress.
Self-Starter: You don’t need a playbook; you write it. You are comfortable in a high-autonomy environment.
Networked: You likely already have a Rolodex of infrastructure buyers in Big Tech, Finance, or Healthcare.
