Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Gold and Silver Broker to join our team. This is a 1099 position with a monthly retainer of $1400, based on 160 hours of work per month. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the commodities market, specifically gold and silver, and be capable of meeting a sales goal of $1,500,000 over the next 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of gold, silver, IRA services, and estate planning offerings
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to be able to effectively sell to potential clients
- Meet or exceed a sales goal of $1,500,000 over the next 12 months
- Maintain a high level of service to retain existing clients and attract new ones
Requirements
- Proven experience as a broker in the commodities market
- Strong understanding of gold and silver markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Understanding of IRA and estate planning services is a plus
Compensation
- 10% commission payout per sale
- Monthly retainer of $1400 for 35 hours of work
- No hiring bonus
Sales Cycle
The average sell-in cycle time is between 1 to 6 days, with an average sales value range between $2500 and $250000.
