Sales Expectations:

  • Close 5–10 new deals per month.

  • Maintain consistent prospecting activity — target at least 30 business owners per day.

  • Track activity and submit merchant statements to ensure accurate commissions and portfolio growth.

  • Attend weekly or bi-weekly sales meetings to sharpen skills, participate in roleplays, and stay aligned with team goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business clients in all industries.

  • Present and sell merchant services solutions, including credit card processing, POS systems, cash discount programs, and merchant financing.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants.

  • Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently to close deals and grow residual income.

  • Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and sales activity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B sales experience; merchant services or financial services preferred but not required.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed.

  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.

  • Goal-oriented, with a strong desire to hit high revenue targets.
