Job Description:

As a commission-based sales representative, you will be directly responsible for generating sales of our software development and cybersecurity services to potential clients. Your job is to identify, contact, and close sales deals with businesses in need of our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales; experience in technology and cybersecurity is a plus
  • Ability to maintain relationships with clients
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Compensation:

This is a 1099 position. Sales representatives will receive a 30% commission on each sale made. The average sales value ranges from $1,000 to $6,000, and the average sell-in cycle time is between 1 and 10 days. In addition to the commission, a monthly retainer of $1,000 will be provided for 40 hours per month. Please note that there is no hiring bonus for this position.

Sales Goal:

Our sales goal for the next 12 months is $250,000.
