High-Ticket Sales Consultant

We are hiring 10 commission-only Sales Representatives to sell a high-ticket AI-powered CRM platform to businesses in energy consulting, med spas, and health clubs.

You will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying your own leads, conducting daily outreach (~150 touches/day via calls, email, and messaging), and closing deals independently.

Our CRM helps businesses automate follow-ups, track sales performance, and increase conversions using an AI-powered system and a real-time command center dashboard.

Compensation is 100% commission:

20% on first 5 deals closed 30% after 5 deals closed Average deal size: $7,000–$14,000 Target: 2–5 deals/month per rep
