Hiring Founding Sales & Partnerships Manager
Location: Fully Remote (Must have dedicated home office and US Based)
**Estimated Compensation: ** Base stipend (to cover immediate expenses) + Uncapped, aggressive commission structure
- Year 1 OTE: $100K
- Year 2 OTE: $200K
- Year 3 OTE: $350K+

About the Opportunity: We are a high-momentum, pre-launch startup that is already proving the market. Ahead of our official launch, we have already expanded our advisory board across 4 industry verticals and successfully secured our first pilot partner within the senior care space.
Our platform solves an undeniable, massive pain point for non-clinical support and coordination infrastructure, ultimately making a measurable difference in the lives of millions of patients and families.
The foundation is built and the demand is validated. Now, we need a relentless, veteran sales hunter to blow the doors open. As our first sales hire, you will report directly to the Founder, taking full ownership of top-of-funnel pipeline generation.
Who You Are: You are a hunter, a heavy cold caller, an expert emailer, a social media prospector (LinkedIn, IG, FB), and you will do whatever it takes to break through the noise and secure a Zoom demo with decision makers.
**A Rapid Articulator: ** You can quickly master a complex value proposition and immediately articulate its benefits tailored to 5+ distinct target verticals.
**Tech-Fluent: ** You are highly proficient with Zoom, HubSpot CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, professional email, and utilizing AI tools to streamline your prospecting workflow.
**Industry Background: ** Prior experience in Healthcare, B2B HealthTech, or the Senior Care/Living verticals is highly preferred, but a proven track record of relentless closing matters most.
Core Responsibilities: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calling, targeted email sequences, LinkedIn outreach).
Own the entire top-of-the-funnel process: Identify key decision-makers, handle objections, and secure qualified Zoom meetings/presentations.
Good Housekeeping: Meticulously log 100% of sales activity, notes, and pipeline stages in HubSpot.
Collaboration: Collaborate directly with the Founder and CTO to refine the product and sales playbook across multiple industry verticals.

- Proven track record in outbound, autonomous B2B sales.

- Extreme self-discipline; ability to thrive in an unstructured, early-stage startup environment.
