Independent Business Development Representative – Nearshore IT Services / Cloud Partners
MBRTI is a Brazil-based technology services company preparing its U.S. go-to-market through Mark & Bridges Technology LLC. We are looking for an independent U.S.-based Business Development Representative, Deal Originator, or Channel Advisor to open conversations with technology partners, system integrators, cloud consulting firms, and enterprise organizations interested in Brazil-based nearshore IT delivery. This is a 1099 contractor opportunity focused on success-based compensation. There is no monthly retainer at this stage. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on a commission/finding-fee model tied to closed and collected business.

Ideal representative profile:
We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- B2B technology services sales
- IT services / consulting sales
- Cloud consulting or cloud partner ecosystem
- AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, or SAP partner ecosystem
- Staff augmentation, nearshore, offshore, or outsourcing services
- System integrator or enterprise delivery sales
- Channel sales or partner development
Responsibilities:
The representative will help MBRTI:
- Identify the right contacts inside technology partners and system integrators
- Open initial conversations with potential partners or customers
- Position MBRTI’s Brazil-based nearshore delivery capability
- Qualify opportunities for staff augmentation, delivery pods, or project-based services
- Support early-stage meetings and discovery conversations
- Help create qualified opportunities that may lead to pilot engagements, resource placements, or delivery contracts
This role is not generic lead generation. We are looking for a business development professional who understands B2B technology services and can have credible conversations with decision-makers in IT services, cloud consulting, alliances, delivery, and partner organizations.
Compensation: This is a commission-based / success-based opportunity. The target annual sales quota is approximately $1,000,000 in closed business. Compensation is structured around commission or success fee tied to closed and collected revenue. Commission is paid only after MBRTI / Mark & Bridges Technology LLC receives payment from the customer or partner. Estimated on-target earnings may reach approximately $80,000 annually based on achieving quota, depending on closed opportunities, deal size, recurring placements, and final commission terms.
Important compensation notes:
- No commission is earned on unpaid invoices, cancelled contracts, or unapproved opportunities.
- Final commission terms may vary by deal structure, margin profile, and contract type.
- Commission may be structured as a percentage of collected revenue or an equivalent success fee based on gross margin.
- All terms will be confirmed in writing before engagement.
Commercial model:
Typical opportunities may include:
- One specialized resource placed for 6–12 months
- Multiple resources supporting a partner delivery team
- Managed delivery pods for cloud, data, AI, modernization, Amazon Connect, Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, or AWS-related initiatives
- White-label nearshore delivery support for U.S. partners A single resource placement can represent meaningful annual contract value, and small pods can generate larger recurring revenue opportunities.
Governance: The representative will act as an independent contractor and will not have authority to bind the company, sign contracts, make pricing commitments, or represent the company beyond approved messaging.
