Sales Job Opening: Independent Full Sales Cycle Representative at Leaddi

Leaddi is an advanced tech firm specializing in the construction industry, particularly within the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning sector. We are currently searching for a highly motivated and independent full sales cycle representative to join our team. This is a 1099 position based in South Florida, Florida, United States, 33131.

What We Expect from You

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Meet and exceed the sales goal of $2,500,000 for the next 12 months.
  • Be able to handle a sell-in cycle time ranging from 1 to 6 days.
  • Be able to work for 120 hours per month.

What You Can Expect from Us

  • A commission payout of 50% per sale.
  • 15% comission residual
  • An average sales value range between $297 and $1997.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in a full sales cycle role, ideally within the construction or tech industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline and targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools.

Unfortunately, there is no hiring bonus for this role, but we believe that the high commission payout and the potential to earn significantly from each sale will be a great incentive.
