We are currently seeking highly connected, professional Independent Sales Representatives (1099) to expand our B2B network across US jewelry retailers, specialty fashion boutiques, and regional wholesalers.
The Opportunity & Commission Structure
This is a pure commission-based (1099) contract role designed for seasoned multi-line sales reps with a proven track record in fine jewelry, luxury accessories, or high-end fashion.
Because we understand the different volume dynamics of the jewelry market, we offer a highly competitive, transparent tier-based commission structure:
- 10% Commission on all sales to independent jewelry retailers and fashion boutiques (Retail/Boutique tier).
- 2% Commission on large-scale, high-volume regional wholesalers and distributors (Wholesale tier).
With our high average order values (AOV) and the premium nature of solid gold jewelry, this role offers an exceptional, uncapped income stream for reps who can leverage their existing buyer networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce and open new wholesale accounts with independent jewelry retailers, upscale fashion boutiques, and large-scale regional wholesalers.
- Leverage your existing book of business and retail buyer relationships to secure placements.
- Present digital and physical catalogs, showcasing our 10,000+ model variety and customizable manufacturing capabilities.
- Educate buyers on our competitive advantage: local New York stock fulfillment and rapid 30-day production turnaround.
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-ticket orders.
What We Are Looking For
- Established Network: You must have an active, verified book of business with US jewelry stores, independent retailers, premium boutiques, or wholesale buyers.
- Industry Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience specifically within the fine jewelry, demi-fine jewelry, or luxury accessories sectors.
- Independent Drive: A self-motivated 1099 contractor comfortable working independently (estimated 40 hours per month).
