Independent Sales Representative – Custom Apparel, Graphic Design & Promo Materials

What You’ll Be Selling:

Custom promotional materials (business cards, flyers, signage, etc.)

Graphic design packages (logos, brand kits, digital content)

Wholesale custom apparel (screen printed, embroidered, or heat-pressed garments)

Position Type:

Independent Contractor (Commission-Based)

100% Remote & Flexible Hours

Commission Structure:

30% commission on large orders of $1500 or more

Average commission per large order = $450+

Uncapped earnings – potential to earn $50,000–$80,000+ annually

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients (local businesses, events, creators, schools, etc.)

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Educate clients on design and apparel options, packages, and memberships

Close sales and guide clients through onboarding

Follow up for repeat business and referrals

Collaborate with the founder/creative team to ensure smooth fulfillment

Ideal Candidate:

Motivated and self-directed with proven sales skills

Familiarity with B2B, creative, or apparel industries preferred

Excellent communication and networking ability

Comfortable with commission-only pay and flexible structure

Passion for creativity, branding, and supporting small businesses
