The Opportunity for Sales Reps

We are scaling internationally and seeking ambitious Independent Sales Representatives across:

  • United States
  • Latin America
  • Europe

This is a unique opportunity to represent a fast‑growing SaaS with global traction, working directly with the founders, influencing both product direction and go‑to‑market strategy.

Compensation & Model:

Commissions starting at 20% per closed deal (higher for larger contracts). Uncapped earnings — no ceiling to your potential. Fixed salary component to be added as the sales org grows.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new opportunities with mid‑market and enterprise clients.
  • Build trust with decision‑makers: CHROs, VPs of People & Culture, HR Directors, L&D leaders, HRBPs.
  • Discuss clients’ challenges in employee growth, skills, and engagement — and show how our platform solves them (no need for heavy consulting, the product is straightforward to demonstrate).
  • Deliver online demos and lead customers confidently through the buying journey.
  • Close deals and hand new clients over to Customer Success for onboarding and long‑term retention (so you stay focused on selling).
  • Collaborate directly with founders by sharing customer insights, helping shape sales approach and product roadmap.

  • International sales experience (US / LatAm / EU) is ideal.
