Independent Spirits Sales Representative – New Jersey / NYC (Commission-Based, High Upside)
Kilimanjaro Distillery is a craft spirits company currently expanding distribution across New Jersey and New York City, focused on building a differentiated, high-quality portfolio with strong commercial potential. We are seeking experienced, well-connected independent sales representatives to drive placements and build sustainable account velocity across retail and on-premise channels.
IDEAL CANDIDATE • Former distributor sales representative (Fedway, Allied, Opici, Skurnik, Southern Glazer’s, etc.) • Independent rep already calling on accounts in NJ and/or NYC • Strong relationships with buyers at key retail and on-premise accounts • Self-driven, organized, and focused on results COMPENSATION • Commission structure designed to reward performance and scale with volume • Significant upside for high-performing reps • No cap on earnings Compensation Note: This is a commission-based (1099) role. The salary range displayed on this posting reflects estimated earning potential based on performance and is not a fixed base salary.
