• Insulation Sales & Construction Specialist

You will work closely with contractors, builders, architects, and property owners to understand project requirements, present product options, prepare proposals, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, industry insight, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities: • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. • Conduct site visits and assess client needs for insulation and construction solutions. • Present product features, benefits, and cost-saving advantages. • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and sales contracts. • Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insulation materials, building codes, and industry trends. • Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales, preferably within construction, building materials, or insulation industries. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to read blueprints and understand construction specifications (preferred). • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.****
