VITL Power is expanding its solar sales team and is looking for driven sales professionals who want flexibility in how they sell and how they get paid.
We offer two sales paths: retail based sales and traditional door to door. Most reps prefer retail due to warmer leads, faster payouts, and a cleaner sales process, but both options are available.
Retail Based Sales Retail reps work inside major national home improvement retail locations where customers are already shopping. There is no door knocking. You engage warm foot traffic, qualify homeowners, and set appointments for in home consultations.
Retail compensation is a flat $70 per kilowatt on every system sold from your appointments with fast payout after customer signing. There is no redline and no commission cap, so income is unlimited and tied directly to performance.
Door to Door Sales Door to door reps generate their own leads by canvassing neighborhoods. Compensation is paid as a percentage of system size, with longer payout timelines. This option is best suited for reps who prefer traditional canvassing and territory based selling.
Promotion and Growth VITL Power offers a clear, performance based promotion structure. Reps can start by setting appointments and move into a closing role once production benchmarks are met. Closers earn significantly more per deal. Advancement is based on results, not politics, favoritism, or tenure.
