What You’ll Do: • Negotiate with landowners and close deals confidently. • Follow proven scripts, processes, and company direction while bringing your own sales talent. • Hit daily and weekly KPIs — this role is metrics-driven, and success is measured by your results. • Manage your pipeline in our CRM and keep detailed records of leads and deals. • Work directly with our acquisitions team to drive volume and revenue.
