Outbound SDR / Appointment Setter (Cold Calling) (1099) — Book Qualified Walkthroughs

Role: Outbound SDR / Appointment Setter (Cold Calling) Covex builds modern, conversion-focused websites for local businesses—especially businesses with no website or an outdated/low-converting website. We need someone who can generate leads from scratch through high-volume cold calling and book qualified meetings.

What you’ll do • Source and call businesses from Google Maps (we’ll provide criteria + templates) • Make 200–250 calls/day (volume matters) • Reach owners/managers, gauge interest, collect email when needed • Book a 10–15 min walkthrough meeting on our calendar • Confirm attendance via text/email templates • Log all calls + notes in our tracker

What we pay for (important) You are paid for qualified meetings that show (decision maker attends). “Send info” does not count unless it turns into a scheduled meeting. $30–$75 per qualified show (decision maker attends) +$50–$150 bonus per closed deal

A qualified meeting = • Decision maker (owner/manager/GM) • Business has no website or outdated site • Meeting is scheduled + confirmed • Accurate contact info logged

Requirements • Fluent English + confident phone presence • Comfortable with rejection and speed • Organized follow-up and note-taking • Prior cold calling/appointment setting experience is a plus
