Outside Sales Rep - Pools & Outdoor Exteriors

Job Description: Longhorn Outdoor Living provides home exterior remodelling and full backyard upgrades. The company primarily serves the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex in Texas, specializing in pools & spas, custom outdoor structures, custom patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, sunrooms, and energy-efficient exterior home improvements.

Our team is committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer experiences, helping homeowners create beautiful, functional outdoor spaces that enhance their homes and lifestyles.

You won’t be cold calling. You won’t be chasing unqualified prospects. You’ll be meeting with homeowners who are already interested.

You will be supplied with Pre-Set/Pre-Qualified appointments. We have a very rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures we are putting our consultants in the best possible situation to be successful.

Our compensation plan rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate, as well as the opportunity for performance bonuses and incentives. Our sales force is made up of top performers who are highly compensated and typically earn $120,000 and beyond in their 1st year.

What We're Looking For · Proven sales experience in residential outdoor living or exterior remodelling. · Experience in CAD design software is a plus. · Strong sales, communication, and closing skills. · Build trust and guide customers through the decision process. · Ability to design, estimate, and present outdoor living projects to homeowners. · Experience coordinating with project managers and construction teams. · Able to independently manage company-provided leads and close sales. · Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Meet). · Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
