Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales goals ($1,200,000 for the next 12 months)
• Provide excellent service to current customers and potential clients
• Understand and cater to customer needs and preferences
• Maintain and update customer information and sales activities

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience
• Knowledge of electrical equipment and supplies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to build productive business relationships
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Compensation and Benefits

• This is a W2 hire type position
• Base salary range between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum
• Commission payout per sale: 5% for a cotractor and %2 for a distributor.
• Average sales value range: $1,500 - $20,000
• Average sell-in cycle time: 1 - 6 days
