Delgado Transmission & Auto Service is hiring a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow fleet service accounts and build referral partnerships with local automotive-related businesses. This role focuses on developing long-term relationships with fleet companies, contractors, repair shops, body shops, tire shops, delivery companies, and used car dealerships throughout the Central Texas area.

The representative will conduct in-person outreach, maintain ongoing communication with business accounts, and help generate recurring repair and maintenance business. Success in this position comes from strong networking, relationship-building, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Build and manage partnerships with local businesses and fleet operators • Generate new fleet repair and maintenance accounts • Develop referral relationships with automotive shops and related businesses • Conduct in-person sales visits and follow-ups • Maintain records of sales activities and customer accounts • Provide excellent communication and customer support

Ideal Candidate: • Self-motivated and dependable • Comfortable with outside sales and networking • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Sales experience preferred • Automotive or fleet industry knowledge is a plus
