Who We're Looking For: The Ideal Partner

We are seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial sales consultant as a strategic connector and advisor. You must have:

• A proven track record of success in sales to IT TA executives in RPOs, agencies and enterprise-level HR departments.

• An established, verifiable network of IT TA decision-makers (VPs of Talent, CHROs, etc.) in the US in RPOs, agencies and enterprise level HR departments.

• A consultative mindset, with the ability to understand complex business challenges and articulate a clear value proposition.

• The drive and discipline to manage your own pipeline and build a market through your existing contacts from the ground up.

What You'll Do: Open Doors and Drive Growth

• Leverage your existing network to secure high-level conversations with key decision-makers in our target markets.

• Articulate the powerful value proposition of GlobalPros.ai, demonstrating how our platform automation solves critical IT hiring challenges.

• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients.

• Collaborate directly with our founding team to refine go-to-market strategy and provide market feedback.
