Pest Control Sales Manager

Are you an experienced door-to-door sales professional ready to step into leadership? Green Balance Pest Control is hiring a Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale a high-performing team in the Richmond market.

This is not a sit-back management role—we’re looking for someone who has real door-to-door experience and knows how to lead by example in the field. If you’ve led teams before and know how to drive results, this is your opportunity to take ownership and grow something meaningful.

What You’ll Do

Recruit, train, and lead a door-to-door sales team Stay active in the field—sell alongside your team daily Set the pace with strong personal production and leadership Develop reps through hands-on coaching, ride-alongs, and accountability Drive new business through residential outreach, referrals, and partnerships Track KPIs (doors, deals, revenue) and push team performance Work with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve escalations What We’re Looking For (Required)

Proven door-to-door sales experience (non-negotiable) Strong closing ability and confidence in face-to-face sales Highly Preferred

Previous team lead or sales management experience Experience training, coaching, and developing reps Ability to lead from the front and hold a team accountable Competitive, results-driven mindset Other Qualifications

Strong communication and leadership skills Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced field environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Growth
