At Trilogy Animal Chiropractic, we restore life in pets by helping them move, feel, and live like themselves again. There are an estimated 90+ million household pet dogs in the United States. They are companions and part of the family but oftentimes the pet parents who reach out to us are stuck between lifelong medications and a very expensive surgery, and they’re begging for a real, natural option for their animal.

We are fixing that by building a solution focused around genuine root-cause focused Animal Chiropractic Care. The results we see are nothing short of miracles and we need to continue to give these pet parents a solution, along with hope so they don't feel stuck between meds and surgery to get their family companion back.

We're building the "Ritz-Carlton of canine care" and we're looking for a warm, driven phone hunter to be the first voice our future practice members hear.

The Setter Seat:

Your job as our appointment setter is simple and powerful: when a new pet parent raises their hand, you reach out fast, talk to them like family, and help them book their first visit so their pet can get help sooner.

The setter is the first voice a pet parent hears from us and the most important seat on the team. Without it, nothing else works.

Prove you can set. As lead flow grows, your rate climbs, and the first setter trains the second.

What we expect from you:

Responsibilities:

• High work ethic (Quick response time and wide hour range)
• Follow our proven sales process
• Train with your coach
• 200+ Dials per day
• Manage your pipeline & follow up properly
• Admin work for data collection
• Be a team player

Results:

90%+ of new leads called within 60 seconds

70%+ show rate on your bookings

50 showed visits per month; 63 is the goal

Requirements:

• 6mo+ experience in an SDR/BDR role OR sold products for your own business
• Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
• Open to learning new processes in sales
• Exceptional over the phone
• Excellent communication skills

Commission Structure:

Our commission structure rewards performance. Once you pass 50 showed New Practice Member visits in a month, your per-visit rate climbs:

1–50 showed visits: $100 per visit

51–55: $125 per visit

56–60: $150 per visit

61–65: $175 per visit

66+: $200 per visit

$1,000 bonus in any month with 63 or more showed visits (our monthly goal)

$500 onboarding bonus for being ready to take leads within your first week

How to Apply:

Your application is a 60–90 second recording of yourself calling Jennifer, a pet parent who just filled out our form for the $97 New Practice Member Special.

Two ways to do it:

Option 1: With a partner: Have a friend play Jennifer and read her four lines below, exactly as written.

Option 2: Solo: Read each of Jennifer's lines yourself in a plain voice (or just pause for a moment), then answer as you.

Jennifer's four lines:

"Hello?"

"Oh, hi. Yeah, I filled that out last night. Fluffy's back legs just kind of gave out two weeks ago. The vet wants to do surgery, they said twenty thousand dollars, or keep her on pain meds. I just want something that isn't that."

"I'd probably need to talk to my husband first. What days do you even have?"

What you're inviting her into: Our New Practice Member visit is normally $297 and includes a full consultation, neurological exam, spinal exam, gait analysis, and Fluffy's first adjustment. Today she can get all of that for $97.
