Position: Premium Appointment Setter (Inbound LinkedIn) Location: Remote (US / UK Preferred) Availability: 5 days per week | 4–6 hours per day Compensation: Competitive Performance-Based Structure Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound LinkedIn conversations directly from the CEO's LinkedIn profile
  • Respond professionally and promptly to incoming messages
  • Follow qualification frameworks and communication scripts accurately
  • Identify whether prospects match our ideal member profile
  • Ask relevant qualification questions to assess fit
  • Navigate conversations involving investments, wealth management, family offices, entrepreneurship, and professional services
  • Schedule qualified prospects into the CEO's calendar
  • Maintain accurate notes and prospect tracking
  • Ensure only high-quality opportunities are passed to the sales team
  • No 9-5 mentality, all messages need to be answered the same day (24-hour loop)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, business development, client relations, or sales support
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to follow systems, processes, and scripts precisely
  • Comfortable engaging with senior professionals and executives
  • Strong judgment when qualifying and filtering prospects
  • High level of accountability and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within financial services, wealth management, private banking, investment firms, family offices, private equity, or related sectors
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and relationship management
  • Experience working with high-ticket services or premium memberships
  • CRM experience
