Hearthstone Advisory is seeking motivated, independent salespeople for a fully remote, 100% commission-based opportunity in private real estate lending and business financing.
This role is built for people who know how to start conversations, build relationships, and create opportunities — but who may not yet have experience in the mortgage or lending world. We will teach you our space, explain the products, provide support on active opportunities, and help you understand how to identify prospects who may be a fit.
You will work on your own schedule, from anywhere, with no set hours or office requirement. This can be pursued part-time, full-time, or alongside another sales role. Compensation is based entirely on closed business: every funded deal pays a minimum commission of $1,500, with larger and more complex transactions creating the opportunity for significantly higher payouts.
Hearthstone works with real estate investors, builders, business owners, and referral partners who may need access to private financing. Our lending solutions include investment property financing, DSCR rental loans, fix-and-flip loans, bridge loans, ground-up construction, multifamily and commercial real estate loans, and select business funding options.
In this role, you will focus on finding and developing opportunities. That may include reaching out to real estate investors, agents, contractors, builders, business owners, property managers, or other potential referral sources; introducing Hearthstone’s services; learning enough about their needs to determine whether there may be a financing opportunity; and bringing qualified conversations into our process. From there, Hearthstone provides deal guidance and support as the opportunity moves toward funding.
This is not a salaried or hourly position. It is a performance-based opportunity for people who want autonomy, flexibility, and upside. The right person is self-directed, comfortable with outreach and follow-up, willing to learn, and motivated by the chance to earn meaningful commissions rather than trade hours for a fixed paycheck.
Sales experience is strongly preferred, especially in industries such as real estate, insurance, solar, automotive sales, merchant services, recruiting, financial services, home improvement, B2B sales, cold calling, or appointment setting. A mortgage or lending background is not required.

Hearthstone will provide training, product education, and deal-level support, but this is ultimately an entrepreneurial role. You are responsible for creating your own pipeline and pursuing opportunities consistently. In return, you have the freedom to set your own pace, work remotely, and earn commissions tied directly to the business you help bring in.
