About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Agent to expand our B2B footprint in the Trading Card Game (TCG) market. In this role, you will open new wholesale accounts and manage monthly re-orders for our roster of retail partners. No prior knowledge of TCG industry required.
Responsibilities
Convert Leads: Our leads are sensitive to price, speed, and access to the newest products, all of which we have. You need to execute high-volume outbound calls to the company-provided lead list, who have expressed interest in buying.
Close Deals: Pitch our inventory, negotiate terms, and secure the payment.
Manage Pre-Orders: Secure commitments for upcoming set releases (e.g., Prismatic Evolutions, Scarlet & Violet expansions) weeks in advance.
Consignment Partner: Offer our high ticket items to shops, maximizing profit margin. Negotiate consignment percentages and advise on stock.
Learn the Pitch: You don't need TCG knowledge to start, but you must be willing to learn the product basics quickly to sound credible.
Requirements
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales. No specific industry experience needed, but closing skills are required.
Resilience: You are comfortable making 50-80+ outreaches a day and hearing "no" without losing momentum.
Compensation & Benefits
Structure: 15% commission on GROSS revenue, not just profit. Residual profit share model also available. Uncapped earning potential.
