Real Estate Acquisition Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Property Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and secure property deals that meet company investment criteria. Seller Relations: Build trust and rapport with home sellers to understand their needs and create win-win solutions. Negotiation: Confidently negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with sellers to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties. Market Research: Analyze market trends, property values, and neighborhood data to make informed purchasing decisions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the acquisitions team and management to develop and implement effective acquisition strategies. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, practices, and market conditions; actively participate in training and development opportunities. Qualifications:

People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to and build relationships with diverse individuals. Negotiation Abilities: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to close deals effectively. Motivated Learner: Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry, with an open-minded approach to training and feedback. Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills (Not Required):

Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service. Familiarity with property valuation methods and real estate contracts.
