Real Estate Sales Associate (NO LICENCE REQUIRED W2+Commission)

As a Sales Closer / Acquisitions Representative, your main responsibility is to turn conversations with property owners into signed purchase agreements.

You will be calling and following up with motivated sellers, asking the right questions, understanding their needs, and helping present a simple solution for selling their property. Some sellers may be dealing with inherited properties, vacant homes, repairs, relocation, financial pressure, code issues, landlord fatigue, divorce, or simply wanting a fast and convenient sale.

Your job is to listen, build trust, gather key property information, and negotiate in a way that works for both the seller and our company.
