Responsibilities Identify organizations that may benefit from InfraNet HR Introduce decision-makers to the InfraNet team Build relationships with prospective clients and referral sources Schedule discovery conversations and demonstrations Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process Represent InfraNet HR professionally and ethically Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor (1099) opportunity.

Compensation is earned through successful client referrals and closed business. Earnings vary based on referral activity, client size, and contract value.

Volume incentives, enhanced commission structures, customized payment schedules, and strategic partnership arrangements may be available for established partners based on performance and referral volume.
