What You’ll Do • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, close, and grow accounts • Sell high-margin, patented products to distributors, wholesalers, smoke shops, dispensaries, growers, and packaging companies • Negotiate high-value B2B deals, including patent licensing opportunities • Build and manage your own pipeline • Maintain disciplined CRM tracking and revenue forecasting

Ideal Background • 5+ years of proven B2B sales success • Documented history of exceeding quotas • Strong closer with advanced negotiation skills • Background in accessories, packaging, cultivation, smoke shop, wholesale, CPG, or adjacent industries strongly preferred • Comfortable operating in a performance-only compensation structure • CRM proficient (Freshsales a plus) • 21+ and knowledgeable about compliance in regulated markets • Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment
