What You’ll Do
• Source and close your own B2B leads • Promote the Flewte platform to businesses, agencies, and influencers • Build lasting client relationships based on value, not volume • Serve as a trusted advisor in social media marketing solutions • Work independently while leveraging training, tools, and platform support
What We’re Looking For
Sales & Prospecting
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong lead generation, networking skills, deal-closing ability. • Confident negotiator with persuasive communication skills. • Full Autonomy to Build Your Book of Business – Develop long-term client relationships and maximize earnings. • No Lead Restrictions – Freedom to pursue prospects in all US States and Puerto Rico.
Social Media & Digital Knowledge
• Platform Knowledge – Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms. • Digital Advertising Experience – Understanding of digital advertising, influencer marketing, and content strategies preferred. • Social Media Trends – Awareness of industry trends and how businesses can leverage them for growth.
Communication & Relationship Building
• Persuasive Communication – Ability to clearly convey value propositions. • Relationship Management – Ability to build long-term partnerships with brands, agencies, and businesses. • Active Listening – Excellent active listening and client-needs analysis.
Grit & Growth Mindset
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented • Fast Learner – Ability to grasp new social media tools and trends quickly. • Creative Problem-Solving – Finding unique solutions to meet customer needs. • Resilience – Handling rejection and objections professionally.
Bonus Experience
• B2B or B2C Sales Experience – Background in digital sales, SaaS, social media management tools, influencer marketing, or media agencies.
Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) • Minimum 1 year of social media or digital sales experience (Preferred) • Valid Driver’s License (Required) • Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
