Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Remote Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. This is a B2B position with a sales goal of $450,000 for the next 12 months. The role is a 1099 position with a monthly retainer of 40 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through outbound efforts.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and articulate their value proposition to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably with Small Business
- Understand Small to Med. Business workflow processes, bottleneck, pain points
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- NO experence in SaaS or software development needed.
Compensation:
- Commission-based, with a payout of 20% per sale.
- Average sales value range: $4,000 - $12,000.
- Average sell-in cycle time: 8 - 15 days.
- No hiring bonus is provided.
